Recently I conducted a survey among my Facebook and online friends in general (around 100 people answered). It was interesting to find out about 80 of them are actively trying to make money online, with another 13 having tried it previously and abandoned it. Most of them are using AdSense on their personal sites (and hoping their family readers are clicking on them, I imagine), others are trying to promote affiliate programs or blog for money. An interesting subgroup was easy to identify - the online investors, about 20 among my friends, with 3 of them hardcore - spending most of their time online researching and managing their investments. Many of these "online investors" group are either trading the stock exchange, forex or both. I found one that is involved in binary options trading, and another one that is buying and selling coins on eBay and some specialized forums.
This ad-hoc and non-scientific research lead me to ask you, the NTN readers, the same question - how are you spending your time online? Send your thoughts via the Contact form and I will publish them here.
